1998 SeaRay 210 Sundeck

The bow back rest has a hole in the upholstery and I can't figure out how to get it off to get it repaired. There's no screws holding it on. It may have some type of clips or glued on? It's been on 25 years so it's probably going to be hard to remove. Any advice out there?
