1997 5.7lx efi

This boat was sitting for 5 years and I just changed the 1 fuel filter and 1 oil filter and fluids. I drained the fuel and added 20 gallons of new. Turn it over and it is not getting fuel. Add fuel to throttle body and she starts right up for a second. What should I look at next? I checked the fuses and they are good.

if it is like my 2000 5.7, do you hear the fuel pump at key on? if so, did you check that there is fuel pressue at the rail (there should be a shraider valve where you can measure the pressue)? you would have to have the manual for your year/model to figure out what that pressue should be.
