This year, 2012, I purchased a lightly used freshwater 400 Sedan Bridge with only 250 hours on the motors and 110 on the generator. Loved the style and layout, but very dated. Got a great deal on the boat and decided to renovate. Put all new canvas on the bridge which included windows in the lower section, rearranged the bridge by pushing the L-couch back and created a filler cushion out of the sun pad (much better layout) plus new bridge carpet. In the interior, replaced all the soft goods (carpet, drapes and pillows), installed beautiful teak and holly floors under the dinette, step and kitchen, teak veneered the cabinet over the sofa and microwave, installed convection microwave, new mattresses for both bedrooms, built and installed a 20" LED flat screen TV/Blue Ray teak cabinet in master and built and installed 40" LCD teak wall insert/upper cabinet in the salon. If anyone is interested in pictures, I would love to share, she looks awesome! I unfortunately seem to be unable to upload to this site... Great way to get into a larger boat that looks modern for a lot less money!
