Howdy. I am looking for info on a 95 BR 175 with the 3.0 LX engine. Could someone tell me what the dry weight for the boat is? Also, the standoffs/bumpers for the pass-through window need replacing and I cannot find a source for said item locally. Does anyone know where I can find the parts or suitable replacements? Thanks.

Did you try the owner of this site? BOE marine. Look all the way at the top of this page for the links. They're a very common item.

Thanks for the direct link Roger. I tried navigating the Sea Ray site but it only featured current models and no linkage to archives...that I could see. Much appreciated.

Lazy: what is the 'technical' term for those standoffs? The local dealers seem to cater to working boats like center-consoles and larger marine crafts that have flatter windscreens that require shorter bumpers than the '95 BR 175. Even the newer Rays have different hardware on them which makes me think that this is a replacement windscreen with hardware lying around in a dusty bin and not OEM parts.

Hmmm. Never thought about it. I don't know if this is the technical term or not, but I've always referred to them as windshield standoffs. Measure yours and then try BOE... email Jim if you need to. Sea Dog and Perko are two manufacturers that come to mind. I'll be in the store again on Thursday night. If you're still having trouble, let me know and I'll give you a product/model number to google.

Yep, the dry weight was in the flyer Roger linked to. Thanks for the info though. The standoff/bumpers/stops have a one inch stalk (easier to break) with a nub at the end that accepts a rubber cap. The stalks are mounted at the leading edge opposite the hinge. Most new boats I see have the spacers mounted at the center of the window on the upper and lower edges that make contact with the windscreen before they curve. I might have to give in and make new holes instead of trying to find direct replacements.
