1994 370 EC windshield vent gasket

I have a 1994 370 EC. The rubber gasket material around the power windshield vent has failed and it leaks like a sieve. Both the gasket where the hinge is (top) and the gasket around the sides and bottom, all need replacing. Any ideas where to look? Thanks in advance. Love this site.

Looking at a 1998 370 DA with the same issue...anyone have any input whatsoever? Thank you in advance!
