Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and the boating world. I recently inherited my great uncles boat, its a 1992 SeaRay Overnighter Limited. It has been sitting for 5 years now and needs some work on the upholstery, the motor has been winterized since he last took it out, its also still in the break in period since it was brand new before he became sick. Ill be having my boat mechanic friend check all that out for me.

SO finally here's my issue. The back-to-back seats plywood has rotted out where it bolts to the base bracket. The vinyl is also cracked and ripped on them, Does anyone know of any direct replacement seats available online that can go right into the bases or any that come with bases that I can just change out completely?

I am handy enough to do this on my own since I have a construction background and have a lot of fiberglass work under my belt from when I worked in an auto body shop. Any advice or links or ideas that may help are appreciated. I'm also going to take out the carpet and seal the deck with fiberglass and then apply a nonskid coating down as ill be using this boat for both pleasure and fishing in saltwater. Thanks in advance guys!
