Anything is possible... depends on how much time/money you are willing to invest.... that being said, if you have the one with the notched back with the two smaller platforms, and raised in the middle... generally speaking most people do not try to convert these. It would take a significant rebuild to the transom/platform to make it into a single and is not really cost effective.
