Hello Gents,
I finally got my engines back in the boat and she is running good after a 15 month delay. When I filled both tanks with 50 gallons to get it out of the marina within 4 days I notice my port fuel gauge slowly going from
half full to empty...yet after sounding the tank with a rod I think the fuel is still there. Anyone have any input on the best way to change this sending unit and where to get a replacement? Still haven't run the Genset and AC, head or HW systems...put out one fire at a time...
Thanks...BRL
Well maybe it was too easy a fix question for you experts..this morning I did notice a 45 degree wedge on the back side of the aft berth which was held in by two screws on each end, removed it and low and behold there were both port and stbd sending units completely exposed.
