I am looking at a 23 weekender (350 engine) and have not been able to find out the total weight.

I had one a while ago and it was about 6,500 on the trailer, so if the trailer was 1,000 lbs the boat was about 5,500. That makes sense because Searay's archives say it weighs 4060 lbs. Add on that the extra weight for the fuel, oil, gear, water, food, ect, ect, ect. and you get about what I weighed it at.
If you are considering a 230, know that I really liked it when I owned it, a lot of boat for the size. The 260hp 350 was a good power option too, mine would hit about 40mph on gps and cruise nicely at about 25mph.
