The beep that runs when the key is in the on position stays on when enging is running and Im not getting any charging out of the charging system... This could be why this is happening?
At any rate no charging is going to the battery. When engine running I'm getting 12.4V on battery with out engine running I get 12.6. Also, when I turn lights on and engine is running voltage drops to 12.35.
There are 4 wires coming out of the alt 2 red 2 green or blue (ill use green)
1 of the red wires has a white strip and they're getting about 30v. Same with the green 1 has a white stripe and it seems that im getting 118v??? That doesn't seem right to me. Anyhow can someone tell me if this sounds correct and how the voltage would go back to the battery?
