1988 430 Convertible Bilge light switch

I am trying to find the light switch for my bilge lights in a 1988 430 convertible.. They basically stay on all the time because I cant find the switch so I just took out the bulbs. The push button fuse is on the panel in the cockpit, but I cant for the life of me figure out how to turn them off... Any suggestions?

when you push in the button on the fuse, push it in with your finger tip and let it snap back out. I have a couple of those switch/ circuit breakers that seem to get hung up inside and this snapping action lets them turn off.
