1988 390 EC Canvas Replacement/Upgrade Assistance

I have a 1988 390 EC with two year old canvas. The previous owner, when replacing the canvas chose not to spead the additional money to go ahead and do a camper enclosure on the back.

Question, does anyone have a good source for a company that could do this? I would need the frame as well as the encloure.

I can't help with your particular model, but the common answer to questions of this category is use a local canvas shop. Great Lakes may have some patterns, but in the long run, I think each one is custom. Different people want different zippers and reveals and grades of plastic...etc. Its pretty hard to manufacture a cost competitive "one size fits all" application for our boats. Some of the smaller boats might be able to use a Taylor made camper back, but yours is considerably larger. Good luck!

Great Lakes does not have patterns for these years and boats. I called and was told this. I ended up using a local guy and am very happy with results

Canvas guy. And do yourself a favor...get several estimates. You'd be surprised how many different prices you'll get.
