Over the years I think the aging of throttle cables are sneaking up on me. To the point that
I find myself tapping the throttle lever to make small changes to RPM as just pushing doesn't do anything at first then a big jump. I suspect the cable sheath is just flexing at first and then suddenly the actual cable starts moving inside. I have read a few posts here and there and most say just replace rather than repair/lube. Is that the consensus here? If so does anyone
happen to know the lengths of the cables for the 1988 340 dancer?
