1987 340 sundancer rebuild

hello hoping someone can help me... I am redoing my 34' sundancer the bolsters around rear deck including all side bolsters the mdf got wet and rotted out so bad it just flaked apart.. is there anywhere that they can be purchased or templates and I can cut my own also looking for companion way door rollers for the top hatch any indo would help

You could make templates out of cardboard first. Also do not use mdf it will soak up water and fall apart in no time, instead use 1/2" marine grade plywood. Just did the bolsters on my 390 and total cost was $300.

thanks hottoddie my problem is they fell apart when trying to remove I am trying to find a schematic with dimensions so I can make new thanks
