The easiest way to post them all is to open a free account for photo hosting at photobucket.com

Then you can just cut and paste the <img> data from there, directly into this message box.

Hope this helps,

Randy.

1. join a hosting service ( it is free ). imageshack , photobucket , etc.
2. Upload boat pics to hosting service.
3. once uploaded select "share" or "direct link" from desired pic and copy the url
4. when you make a post on CSR paste the url in the text of your post exactly like this

Very nice! Looks like a new boat. I like the look of the older Sea Rays more than the new ones.

Thanks win2, makes it a lot easier

hank - the boat looks great, but what is the deal with that windlass? I've never seen anything like it!

Nice job  I'll bet you enjoyed doing it...beats hanging out in bars.....you end up with something positive in the end.

Enjoy.

BTW...what I do with the pics is copy and paste the code from the Photobucket pics to the CSR post and insert them in the post using the little insert phot icon at the top of the text window. Makes it easy to post a pic directly into your post.

Thanks for sharing. Post more when you can.

Eric, it is incomplete at this point. I've ordered a chrome anchor ramp. Also, I am working on a teak anchor storage locker door.

Welcome any suggestions.

Nice job, but I still don't get the windlass.
You have a hatch where the windlass will need to be after installing an anchor pulpit/roller. Are you going to glass the hatch in solid?

It looks like its setup to hook up the anchor ahead of the pulley and drape it over the starboard side by the cleat that those of us without windlass' use. I think I get the concept, I'd like to see it in action. Clever though

Boat looks good. Did you have to do any work (replace/repair) on your side cabin windows. I have a 85 just like yours and am having leaks on both my windows from rain and when washing. If you could give me any info would appreciate it. Thanks.

Mine did that too. There are a couple issues with those windows. First, make sure that the silicone around them is good (that was my main problem, you could see where it was cracked and seperated). If it is really bad you may have to re-bed them, but silicone on the outside should do the trick. Second, there are little that let water out of the tracks the windows slide in. The drains are behind a couple covers held on to the bottom side of the window with two screws. Take them off and make sure they are clean and free. They clog and the water stays in the track until it leaks into your boat. Third, the rubber inserts that go between the windows and their tracks can get weathered and crack, but most likely they will do what mine did, and that is work their way out of their intended "home" and allow water to come into the boat that way. You access these from the inside of the boat. I pulled the lose ones out, cleaned them, hit them with a rubber conditioner, and put them back in nice and snug in the track they belong in.

End result - I NEVER get a drop of water in through the windows, even if you stand outside the boat and blast them directly with a hose.:smt038:smt038

He'll have to either make a new pulpit (what I did) that goes all the way back and covers the anchor locker and then bolt the windlass to it so there is just one big pulpit that is solid from the back of the locker to the front of the boat, or what my last boat had which is just bolt the windlass to the lid of the locker and bolt the lid to the anchor locker shut. You can still get to the anchor locker from the front of the v berth, and that has suited me just fine.

Beautiful pictures! We just bought an 1982 260 Sundancer yesterday. Hubby working on the gear case, and the inside is fine, just needs update. Were those the orginal counters or did you re-do them, and if so...how? I love the seats on the cockpit!!
