Hi everybody! Im 24 and I just got my first boat witch is 27 Its in ugly condition but has a potential ( I bought this boat for handle of Jack . It has two little holes in botom and destroyed interior + it wasnt started for 2 years! Can you geave me any advice where I can buy parts for this boat and what kinde of engine oil and filter it using? Thank you

I would recommend Merc or Sierra filters
for the initial fire up I would just use cheap oil to see if it runs
Check you wood..transom, stringers, etc and make it run before you start pouring money into the hole.
probably would want to drain the fuel and dump a couple gallons of fresh in before trying to start her.

NAPA autoparts carries Sierra
and personally I would just do car oil of the correct viscosity until I knew it would run ok
then change to the synthetic before it gets put into service
