1983 sun dancer 245 fuel tank

Does anyone know how large the fuel tank is?

In the absence of anyone else here owning the boat, usually there's a plate on the tank near the fill that would specify.

Try the online SR spec sheets.

Or, there will be a manufacturer's plate on the tank. You can see this plate either via the engine bay or a deck plate.

According to the 83 245 brochure you have a 70 gallon gas tank.

Note: when looking at the archives, select 1984 as there is no 1983 selection. '83 shows up in the '84 listings.

standard was 70 gal 67 usable and option was 100 gal.

I just pulled mine and power washed it inside and out. mine
was a 70gal tank and I'm guessing yours is also.
