Ok well I was given a boat by a friend since the boat I was trying to buy was bought out from under me. Anyways, this boat has been sitting for 2 years(or I was told) I found the motor to have nasty flem looking build up on the rockers when I removed the valve cover. I then removed the head to find water and rust build up in the third valve, and the remnants of a broken spark plug. I also found there to be antifreeze come out of the snorkel when I removed the exhaust(connected to the head). I am curious as to what I am dealing with (in the worst case) and what is the best route for me to repair this thindg with out sending it to davey jones locker.
