1980 225 express

Took on this project a few months ago and now I'm at the point where it all comes together. My question: is there any quirks to these older sea rays, things to look out for mechanically. I haven't seen alot of this year (1980) and now reaching out to classic sea ray owners for guidance. It's a good boat for what I paid for it and looks better every day I work on it. I look forward to fishin off this boat soon. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks and Tight lines!

heavy hull. hopefully you've got the 260hp merc. nice ride for the size. plenty of teak to keep you busy all summer. No OEM parts made for these boats. Classic SR lines.
