I sealed all the glass on the boat and hatches, I still water in only the cabin the cabin nothing in engine compartment? Are there any drains or bilge that could be clogged ?

Have you re bedded the rail screws, windshield?

Also the horn screws. Are you getting rain water or water while underway? If underway did you re seal the rub rail?

On the older boats like ours the water likes to leak in under the rub rail. Where the hull of the boat meets the decking. You have to remove the rail and re rivet the decking to the hull.

also you say the carpeting is wet, is it only after a hard rain or after you've been using the boat for the day? Have you checked the water lines for leaks under the sink?

Sounds like, at least to me, you might need to re bed the windshield. Now if you are finding the side areas wet as well you will have to do the removal of the rub rail and tightening the seam between the haul and the upper decking.

When I first got mine I had to sit in her while it rained hard to find all of the leaks. Most of the comments were problems I had. Window bedding, Hatch horn and rub rail leaks. Once you get them all fixed life is good. than something else brakes!
