Old Skool started and ran like a charm after installing the rebuilt carb today. Only problem is the fuel line split at the carb fitting and is now leaking. This is the fuel line from the pump to the carb. I will NOT take this out under any conditions with this issue!
I called the local parts folks at the after market vendors and found what I thought I would. They don't stock it.
What really set me back is the Ford dealer doesn't stock it nor did he have a vendor that that may have it. I have been using 1976 mustang model to order many parts that do not require marine rating for the engine but I'm stumped on this fuel line.
If anyone has this is line or can hook me up with a vendor that does I would really appropriate it. (May even see a little something in your mailbox at home from Anderson Forge.)
BTW Anderson Forge web site is under construction and I'll FYI everyone when its up and running. Every knife I've made in the last three month has been special order and there are 5 on the table right now with deposits attached. What a great hobby this has turned into.
All proceeds go to fund my boating addiction!
