I thought I would share my restoration project with fellow Sea Ray enthusiasts. I ran across this "beauty" while looking at some property in Dallas. It was uncovered and sitting under an old oak tree.
Finally after about a year of asking about it, the owner finally say.."if you want it, and will haul it off and fix it up, you can have it for free" I got the boat in April of 2013, been working on it for a year and it will be out of the motor shop and ready to launch April 1st. 2014.
Needless to say I'm very excited and proud of all the work that has gone into it. Won't be another one like it at the lake, that's for sure!
I will follow up with more pics, as I'm noticing that its hard to add pics to the thread.
