Today I went to the lake all the day, with 8 childrens, donuts, hotdog and ski. It was very good but at the end of the day the boat stopped, start again very well I was 5 minutes ok and then stopped again, the stop was soo rapid and sometimes stopped it and sometimes fall to 800 rev but donn´t stopped it. I was about one hour more go equal. And finnish the day and I don´t why happens it. I had haven about 200 hours this summer and only one time was equal, the first one of the summer and after this day the mecanichal tried it and went well with him so said me that probaly was some bad on the gas or water in some electrical wire but didn´t worried. I think two posibles causes: 1, only 2 times I putted gas on a sea gas station and these day have the problem (today I was on the lake but the boat came from the sea with 3/4 of sea gas) and somebody said me that it can have some water, the other posibility is the electrical fail, the first day I was on the sea and was with waves of 3/4 meter and some water fall into the boat, and today with 8 children upping from the lake continuos with a lot of water and the bilge with water (I put the electrical pump and was over 40 seconds take out water). I think that the next day (the next year jejeje ) it work perfect, but I wanna know what can it cause?
Somebody have some similar???
Thanks

Hi again;
Yesterday I went to clean the boat and I saw that the GPS work again (It didn´t work since started the problem), and I saw too that between the solarium and the aft cockpit go into water to back to the motor, is that normal? When the solarium is wet and clean it, all the water pull down to the motor.
Can anybody said to me that it is normal?
Thanks

Chivas, Your boat is not self bailing which means that any water coming into your boat is draining or making its way into your engine compartment. The bilge pump located there should come on automatically when it reaches a certain water level to pump it out. It sounds as though it's not. All that excess water in your engine compartment should be a concern. Also why are you getting so much water in there? That could be a reason for your electrical and engine problems. Good luck and be safe. Brian

Thanks, My bilge pump is manual no automatic or I think so, i Have to put the button to work it but I don´t know what happen if I put on the button always because I think that I could broke it. Yes, I think that my problem come with the water. Today, I had seem that between the cover of the motor (solarium or trunk) and the aft cockpit (where are the stairs) go into the motor water, I had seem into the motor (up where the hinges are), there are a long sheet metal which put the solarium cloth against the fiber glass from the aft cockpit together, and I think that the screw that hold it are loose. Can be that the problem?? I need put silicone on there?
Thanks

My boat is like this, you can see at the end of the solarium, I think that the water into for this. In the next generation the cover was different, probably was a desing fault.
