Hi guys,

Something that's been bugging me for a while now is the passenger seat on my boat seems to be positioned too far back, and unlike my seat it can not be adjusted forward/backward.

I've been thinking of re-positioning but believe I would have to completely re-mount and drill new holes etc.

Does anyone have any advice?

Why not just add a slider assembly? Cut the pipe if you don't want it to be a couple inches higher.

Keep it simple and easy. Look at the one you already have for a manufacturer and model and get the same thing. Or, super simple... A quick call to your local dealer and just tell them what you want and they'll do the leg work. They may even order it through an aftermarket supplier to save you a few bucks.
