bolts or nuts? I have seen nuts and washers come loose before. I'm thinking of replacing every one that comes loose with at nylon treaded nut so it will stay put. I guess you could use some locktite on them as well.

it's a 2008 boat with 6 hours I'd take it right back to where you bought it and have them fix them all and go through and make sure no others come loose.

Fell off the dash or out of the dash? Meaning, did they come loose and fall out or did you just find some hardware rolling around? Finding "extra" nuts, bolts, and washers on a new boat is not uncommon.

I found some "loose" screws in the engine compartment of my boat after the first few hours of use. Hopefully what you found isn't structurally important, best to check or get it checked by the pro's if you're unsure.

Well that sucks. QC on boats is not what it should be. Definitely tell your dealer and have it checked out. It may be nothing but have it documented for future reference if there's a problem.

Since Gary's not around today, I'll take a shot at this one...

....mine were small nuts, never could find where they came from.

Your Dad's side of the family?

They are screws not bolts It was at night so i really did not see them that well, They screw down the dash, I called the dealer they told me to bring them the boat, your right qc has gone down on boats & cars
