Bought an 06 260 DA in june. for 60 days, I've been living the "trim" nightmare. As others have suggested, practice makes perfect, and today, while out on a 2.5 hr run in 2-3 ft seas with 10+ knot winds, I found the zone. i've put 25 hours on her, and rely less and less on the tabs, fewer and fewer adjustments, and the enjoyment factor is skyrocketing......you'll be fine!

Seems us 260 DA owners from 05 to 08 all experience the same issue.
