Art, If you call the factory and ask them who their supplier was for the ladder that will get you started. I did that for my 370 a few years ago and when I contacted the manufacturer, they sent me a complete new ladder for free.

Thanks AW, great suggestion got the info both ladder and repair kit are available. I guess I lost my Texas charm tho, they only offered to sell me a ladder no freebies for this ol boy. LOL

If I'm remembering correctly, the spacers and slides were all corroded making the ladder not slide. I was a bit amazed they sent me a complete ladder and hardware.
