But I always try to buy it from a Sea Ray dealer, and they will look it up by HIN number to be sure.

I went through this last year. You have to call SR customer service with your HIN. They will give you a paint code for the particular version of Arctic White (which varied not only by year, but also plant of manufacture...) for your boat. With the paint code from SR, Spectrum will give you the right match.

Spectrum is good and it is worth the aggravation to call SR. I had a three foot x quarter inch wide gouge that is now invisible.

If you are fixing scratches get the paste kit. If it's a larger area or you need to spray, get the quart. The gelcoat in the quart is thin, like a paint, as apposed to a paste which is like toothpaste.

I got the patch kit which should be the paste. If I needed a quart of gelcoat... well I would be crying right now.
