tachometer signal

I searched the existing posts with no luck, so... I am installing a Garmin GHP 10 autopilot on my 2000 340 Sundancer with 7.4L MPIs. The only thing left to do is the tachometer connection. The tachs have 3 posts on the back: GND, SEND, and NMEA. A few questions: - Am I correct in assuming...
