stepdown pump

Can anyone tell me the fuse location for the stepdown pump on my 89 268DA .Just getting at this job on our boat and dont know the location for the fuse for the wire that is supposed to be constant power .I removed the pump because every time I engaged the switch at the helm the breaker would pop...
