    Sundeck 240 overheating at low rpm

    Mechanic has replaced pump and checked all lines and new thermostat installed. Outdrive inflow ports are clear. Everything worked ok for next 10 hrs of use. Then problem recurred. Had a similar episode of repair work last year with only temporary fix. Any suggestions?
