engine won’t start

Hi all...just had engine block replaced along with starter. 2003 26da. Picked it up at the mechanic yesterday. Didn’t start initially but then put in neutral and got it to start. Drove to my marina...all seemed fine. As I was docking it stalled out and haven’t been able to start it again...
