Mercruiser 496 Mag MPI-DTS Not Engaging Gears
I have a 2008 Sea Ray 270 SLX with the Mercruiser 496 Mag. I have the DTS throttle and shifter. The throttle works but the shifter does not engage to put in gear. I have checked the DTS fuse and replaced the battery and still no go. Any experience with a solution to this problem?- Coastal Media Ray

Starter problems
The boat: 1997 sea Ray 190 ; 4.3 v6 Starter has been making a clunk sound prior to engaging and starting the motor. Started the motor on a hose prior to leaving for the ramp. Got to the ramp and the starter would engage then disengage and spin. Trip ruined. Removed starter and took for bench...- JaydubyaSR190
