cool fuel

I found it. On my 2004 5.0 Mercruiser the cool fuel black box is on the bottom of the engine near the engine Mount. It’s very close to the floor. In the photo I put a red line around it . could anyone please explain how I remove the cover ? I have not been able to find any information on this...

I replaced the Cool Fuel module with a new one this year and have the old module sitting here collecting dust. Body, old style raw water cooling bracket, painted cap, filter cup and cap. I believe it does not have any leaks, although there are signs of pitting/corrosion in the cooling passages...
