circuit breakers

I just purchased this boat and I have two issues that I am hoping to get feedback on: (1) bilge blower button began blinking while we were on the water when I went to restart it and idk why it’s blinking. Circuit breaker? Fuse? Other? (2) my shifting to go into reverse is TIGHT, I’m a novice...

Breakers on console are trashed, replacing them with blade fuses. Manual says ignition takes a 10 amp breaker, but wire is 10 gauge. Is 10 amp correct?

Radio was working just fine. Stopped working all of a sudden. Pulled the radio out and find that the constant power wire is no longer giving power. Can anyone please tell me where the fuse / breaker is located in this boat to see if that's the issue? I do not have any amps or sub woofers or...
