adding seat

Does anybody have any suggestions or experience about how to add a rear facing transom seat to my 2008 240 SunDeck? I am considering a bench seat from Springfield Marine, but am unsure about how to mount it. I would like to be able to sit off the back of the boat, feet resting on swim...
