Add a rear facing transom seat to 240 Sundeck?

Does anybody have any suggestions or experience about how to add a rear facing transom seat to my 2008 240 SunDeck? I am considering a bench seat from Springfield Marine, but am unsure about how to mount it.
I would like to be able to sit off the back of the boat, feet resting on swim platform.
I am open for any input.

Has anyone found or seen a good solution to this? Adding rear facing to an 05 SD 240? I know around 08 they started making them. Possible to swap out the engine cover of the older 240 with one with rear seating ?

More like the 2010 and newer models had the rear facing seats.

Even if you could find the engine cover, it would be difficult to modify your boat to make it fit.
