anyone happen to know the model number of the vacuflush head for a 2002? I'm having issues, power going to switch located next to the head, but vacuflush won't turn on. Thanks.

when I had 24's on i was only topping out around 4400 and with a boat full of people it took forever to get to plane. threw on 22's and increased wot rpm's to around 4800 and boat is much quicker to plane. still won't jump up on plane with a full boat, but much better than the 24's.

water pressure seemed fine. maybe i'll try bypassing that sensor and see what happens.

My engine runs fine at idle/low rpms, but when I go to give it a little juice a continuous alarm goes on and the engine pretty much chokes out. It is not overheating as i've changed out the thermostat and even had a heat sensor gun pinned on it, running well within temperature range. I was told...

I have a couple of screw holes where canvas snaps were pulled out of the fiberglass and the transom door hinge pulled off the fiberglass. Now the screw holes are enlarged. How can I fix this so I can put new screws in those holes?

Shining, how do those snaps sit in the tracking? they look like they are just floating in there. are they a snug fit?

Shining, what mods are you doing to the boat to accept the snaps, drilling into the steel around the windshield? $75 sounds like a great price.

I'm looking for an anchor roller for my 240 as well. This seems like the perfect solution and easy to install (including moving the nav lights). What else did you have in mind as a solution if not this?
