Yes - I have three batteries as well. I realized this when I saw the replies and then I did a deep dive in the manual. Great advice from everyone and I will most likely replace all three (3) batteries tomorrow. Hope it is easy! Regards, Per

My 280DA T-4.3 2001 probably has a dead battery and I wonder how I easily identify which battery? I realized that when having the second battery switch in mode 'battery 2' it does not start. Engines starts easily in mode 'battery 1'. Anyone knows which battery needs replacement? Regards...

Hi, They are another mystery! :-) They are not for hose but I cannot figure out what they do. One thought is that they might be for ventilation of the engine compartment but I am uncertain. The dear old manual does not give any clues at all. Regards, Per

Hi, Thanks for all help! It turned out that button 'ACC1' on the dash board activates the water pump. Because it had not been used for a while it took a few minutes for the knobs to work so that I could turn the water off (guess they were dry but it improved). Only minor-minor problem...

I just read the manual and it says that ACC1 and ACC2 equals Accessory #1 and #2 so I'll check this tomorrow. Looks strange if the water pump should be on one of these but it makes sense to test it out! Any more suggestions anyone? Regards, Per
