    Ok looked at boat the boat body itself is in good condition overall... needs compounding/waxing and teak sanded and oiled. carpet is nice couldnt feel any water or soft spots, sump was dry. BUT... while running under load bubbles were forming under valve cover so i figure valve cover...

    i find alot of information that doesnt match and the sea ray site isnt helping much. Also is the NADA price guide reliable, most boats i see are higher than the guid states Thanks for info

    oh i would still need electronics like depth/ fish finder and gps (even though i have a magellan xl) and some sea to land radio... any suggestions on good quality stuff on tighter budget would be appreciated... thanks again guys hopefully soon i'll be a sea ray cruiser owner also

    its 23' from what i can find in the sea ray archives it looks just like the 1985 srv230 I run NADA price on it and come up with $5,700 with all the additions i can think of that it has. This boat is pretty basic bare boned, no gps, depth finder or cb radio. It does have a small stereo in it...
