Do yourself a favor and get the dry joint exhaust installed a.s.a.p. This model always has water injestion issues and this is the only fix. I've repowered each motor...prior to the new exhaust.

The only answer is the dry joint exhust. They will tell you that it will not fit on an o1. My tech (searay, mercrusier cert) did the job with out any mod's. I lost three motors to this and couldn't get sea ray to help me. Not to mention I asked "White Glove to give up his contact at sea ray...

I have had a wet spot under my fridge on baseboard carpet (Vertical) as well as on the floor. The spot on the floor is 5" by 5". I cant get to the source. I've removed the fridge and no luck. I have not been able to locate a condensate tube. I'm sure it would go to the shower pump box.

I've had this problem two times. You should get the dry joint exhausts. they are merc only. Also make sure your pitch is correct after the elbows. My tech (sea ray, merc certified) made a couple of modifactions in order to have them fit.

Hi Graham, have you ever found your leak? I have a 2001 310 DA and have the same issue. mine is under the drawers next to the sink. Been living aboard for a month in the keys and it comes and goes. I hve checked all sink fittings as well.

Yes I do, the dealer has seen this boat a few times only to now mention the down angles are not correct on the exhaust. I went to osco in stead of mercrusier last time I had the manifolds tec done. They also claim this is another reason Sea ray is not helping.
