Hi All, I have a 1991 7.4 Merc 454. its hard starting when the motor is cold(sitting for week) or warm (sitting for an hour or two). However the next day fires on a dime. How can I get this every time? Thanks

When I raise or lower the outdrive with the trim or the trailer switch oil leaks from the upper unit. This leak is coming from the plate at the very top of the outdrive. Has anyone else fixed this problem, is it just a gasket? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
