I've had a hellva time putting the bimini boot on when storing the bimini cover. The fit is so snug that I either have the wrong size boot, or I'm not folding the bimini correctly. Does everyone struggle getting this on?

Has anyone installed Hydro matts (www.hydrotuft.com) on their swim plateforms. I am looking for something to install on the plateform that has a little cushion. Digging your knees into the plateform when pulling yourself onto the plateform is no fun. Thanks John 2008 260 Sundeck
