Well, the stringer i need to replace pretty much stops right at where the vent tubes go through... i just need to replace up to the tubes because after the tubes the stringer is good...

That is actually the stringer that is bad - on the starboard side of the fuel tank cover. The stringer that the cover sits/rest on... Any tips on cutting up the floor to expose the bad areas? Thanks!
