WI requires a documented boat to have the 2 state registration stickers on the transom, one on each side of the name/ hailing port. No numbers needed if documented.

Try a big boat dealer and ask for the F&I dept. They may have some good sources and would probably work with you.

With regard to bottled water in short supply..why don't people just fill up their spare jugs with house tap water 5 days before the storm? I've heard some fill their clean bathtubs up full before a big one.
