    Yes I have the Merc 4x3 standard 16x20 front and 14.3x20 rear props. I'm roughly 6-7 seconds to plane and that not having to slam it full throttle. I talked to the folks at Hill and they did recommend their 4x4 20" pitch set that is precupped a little. What do you mean by "hull dependent"...
