Pulled the belts off. Figured out the water pump is seized. Crank turned slowly I let it do about 1/2 to a full rotation so it did t mess up the motor. I'm sure the inside is bone dry from sitting for so long so I am purhasing an oil primer to lube the interior of the engine.

just acquired this boat for free and it needs a ton of love. the motor hasnt been started in almost 13 years and im afraid to try it. i know the thermostat needs to be replaced since i can see its cracked and the impeller fan. anyone have any suggestions on where to start to get this sucker...
