Recent owner of a new-to-me 2004 300DA and still trying to gain a full understanding of the entire electrical system. It has a Xantrax Truecharge2 charger and 4 batteries. A couples things:
1. I know the charger will charge the batteries when I am connected to shore power, will it do the same...
I have lots of options as far as boats and davit systems, the final issue I am working out is how to handle the logistics of being in a dry stack. Is anyone else in a dry stack using a dinghy and davit set-up? I haven't spoken with the marina yet to see if a vertically stored boat will interfere...

My new-to-me 300da came with a full set, never been used. I'm thinking of using it, but I expect it will be hot and hard to clean. Any advantages to using it? I figure it's easy on the feet and my little one from stepping all over those snaps. I wish it was a neutral gray color.
I have no association with this sale, just noticed the ad because I rarely see these props for sale used. Would consider buying as a back up set but I need to upgrade electronics first. :)

I was a few hours away from making an offer on a 2004 300 Sundancer when I found out that the generator has 1600 hours on it and that that motors have an estimated 200 hours, though that can't be confirmed because the ECMs were replaced due to a lightning strike. The boat is in fabulous...
Hi all, new guy here. I have been researching Sundancers for a few months now. I have decided that a 29-32 model, 2005-2010 will suit me perfectly......moving up from a 26 walkaround with twin outboards. I plan to purchase in the next 6-9 months. I am surprised by how the layouts are different...
