hi. Had the boat for a few years, don't have decent user manual. Should the two batteries be different, I read else where that some boats have a starter and leisure batt, but I didn't know if this boat should, and which one, batt one or two?
I ask as when left switched to the batt one, overnight...
Thanks for all the replies. The problems was a bad connection on the oil presure sensor. Looking at the wiring diagrams I have , the alarm only has 2 inputs, the oil and water temp sensors. So advocates ce above about a gear oil sensor doesn't tally with the diagrams.
hi, my alarm is going off as soon as you start the engine. Looking at the wiring manual seems to be two sensors/switches that combine that can set alarm off. As engine is cold and oil pressure gauge is good, I assume i have just a switch or wiring problem. Can anybody help the diagnosis and how...

hi, please can someone give me a clear answer on the 4 switch positions
It has 4 positions. 1 and 2, both and off.
So. Which position should I set it to, when moored up, 1 or2?
I presume logic is that if it's on say 1, then engine should start set to two, using only one battery. But I can't...

Hi, I just bought the boat, and don't understand why you can select to have one or two batteries connected. Also if the mains are not plugged in after one week there is not enough charge to start the boat, is that normal or do I have a poor battery. How can I work out which one it is... Thanks...
