Very late to this thread but just installed AquaTrac through TT Custom Marine and love it. Pics attached. It's the "squishy" type because we needed to have traction on the stairs to the bridge.

I have the same set-up as Gofirstclass on my '99 56' Sedan Bridge. I had the old-style ends replaced on my cords this winter so I can now just plug directly into any 50-amp with both sides without an adaptor. If I'm somewhere without 2 50s, I can adapt to a 30 if needed.

I press mine to the start position but never hold it in place during pre-heat. I wait 15-seconds and then hold it down to start it. Not really sure if this is the correct way but I've never had an issue with it starting this way...

I disconnected mine at the helm after numerous alarms would go off every time I shut the boat down. My mechanic said that the sensors and units go bad after a while - I have a '99 56" Sedan Bridge.
